This weekend is going to be crazy. The husband has car business to attend to. The children will likely be busy. I don’t have any visits to relatives planned. The only commitment I have for the whole weekend involves helping the boy set up his fish tank. As long as I can keep myself from falling down the Skyrim rabbit hole for hours on end, I should be able to accomplish a lot!
The writing project is going to be the sequel to the middle-grade book that’s coming out in February of next year. This is actually the perfect time to write it because I’m in the process of reading through the first book one last time. Everything is fresh in my brain.
I’m stocking up on coffee and snacks. It’s going to be awesome, like my own mini writing retreat. I can’t wait to see how much I can get done.
