Description from IMDB: “When one of their own is kidnapped by an angry gangster, the Wolf Pack must track down Mr. Chow, who has escaped from prison and is on the lam.”
First, I love Mr. Chow because he has to be one of THE craziest movie characters of all time. He’s somehow simultaneously ridiculous and terrifying. Brilliant.
This movie grasps at some thin plot strings from the first two movies in order to stitch together the storyline. I thought that was kind of lame. Also something about this installment felt watered down. Was it a lack of intensity? I don’t know.
However, the movie is still entertaining to watch. There are many hilarious moments. Extra points for the presence of John Goodman. This is was an appropriate way to end the trilogy.
The Hangover Part III gets a B.
